NCM Statement of Faith

NCM artists are expected to concur with this Statement of Faith.

This list of basic statements is presented only as a foundation, and is by no means a comprehensive doctrinal statement.

1).We believe that God has revealed Himself as a Trinity, in unity, in the person of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, eternally existent.

2).We believe in divine inspiration and entire trustworthiness of the Bible as originally given and in its supreme authority in all matters.

3).We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, that He was fully God and fully man, we believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, His miracles, His vicarious and atoning death through shed blood for all who put their trust in Him. We believe in His bodily resurrection, in His Ascension to the right hand of the Father and in His future personal return in power and glory.

4).We believe in the universal sinfulness and lost condition of all men and their need for redemption through regeneration by the grace of God through faith in Jesus Christ.

5).We believe that every individual must accept Jesus Christ as his personal Saviour and Lord.

6).We believe in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in the work of regeneration and in His present ministry by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life, and by Whose power the Christian is enabled to witness.

7).We believe in one Holy Universal Church which is the Body of Christ and to which all true believers belong, and in its mission to witness concerning its Head, Jesus Christ, preaching the gospel to all people.
